About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and baking operations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for creating exceptional desserts and baked goods, maintaining high standards of quality, and managing a team of pastry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of pastry and baking production.
  • Develop new and innovative dessert recipes.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items.
  • Manage and train the pastry team.

  • Control food costs and minimize waste.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Expertise in pastry techniques and baking methods.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Creative and passionate about pastry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus.
