Head Pastry Chef & Croissant Makers

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Dessert Specialist (F&B or café experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert preparation.
  • Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Must be currently in Qatar (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in specialty coffee shop or restaurant settings.
  • Ability to create visually appealing dessert presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
