  • Oversee all aspects of pastry production, from ingredient sourcing and inventory management to ensuring consistent quality and presentation of desserts.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise a team of pastry cooks, fostering a collaborative environment and providing opportunities for skill development.
  • Develop and maintain meticulous recipes and costing sheets, ensuring profitability while maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Manage and maintain the pastry kitchen's equipment and sanitation, adhering to the highest hygiene standards and safety protocols.
  • Handle special requests and customize desserts for events, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage food costs and minimize waste through efficient production planning and inventory control.
  • Contribute to menu planning, including seasonal specials and promotional items, to drive sales and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
