Role Summary

The position will lead project management function for effective planning, governance, and execution of strategic initiatives across Enterprise Sales, Cloud & Cybersecurity, B2G, Carrier Services, and International Business. The role ensures disciplined delivery, commercial performance visibility, and strong cross-functional alignment to achieve Jazz Enterprise’s strategic goals.

Role will report to President Enterprise Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Governance

• To lead annual/quarterly mapping and alignment for all key projects and initiatives of Jazz Enterprise’s sub-business domains.
• To lead the PMO governance framework, portfolio prioritization, and performance reporting.
• To lead financial and commercial visibility through dashboards, scorecards, and reviews.

Program & Project Delivery

To lead execution of strategic programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business outcomes are met.

To lead cross-functional program teams across sales, product, technology, finance, and legal.

To lead risk management, issue resolution, and delivery assurance.

Commercial Performance & Insights

To ensure tracking of enterprise revenue, funnel, forecasts, and domain-wise performance.

To lead PMO support for B2G RFPs/RFQs, strategic bids, and major deal governance.

To lead insights that drive improved execution for Enterprise, Cloud, Carrier & International business.

Cross-Functional & Executive Alignment

To lead communication with C-level stakeholders and run executive/steering committee reviews.

To lead alignment between business units and technology to ensure solution readiness and delivery.

To lead coordination with corporate functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, HR) for program outcomes.

Process Improvement & Capability Building

To lead process optimization and adoption of PMO best practices and digital tools.

To lead capability building, training, and standardization of project delivery methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is required; Master’s degree (e.g., IT, MBA) is preferred.
• 10–15+ years in PMO, strategy, enterprise/government sales, telecom, or digital delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT, cloud, cybersecurity, carrier & international business.
• Passion to engage stakeholders effectively to ensure timely and efficient delivery of key projects and initiatives
