Position Summary

The Head – Procurement will lead the group’s procurement and sourcing function, driving cost efficiency, supplier excellence, and risk management across all business verticals. The role requires strategic foresight, deep market intelligence, and strong leadership to build a world-class procurement ecosystem. The incumbent will ensure that Aspect Global’s procurement practices support business growth, operational excellence, and sustainability goals.

Strategic Procurement Leadership

• Define and implement group-wide procurement policies, strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, synergies, and supplier consolidation across businesses.

Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Lead negotiations and long-term contracts with global and domestic suppliers.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors to ensure reliability, quality, and innovation.
• Develop vendor evaluation frameworks for performance monitoring and compliance.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

• · Oversee procurement operations with focus on cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• · Implement robust risk management strategies covering supply chain disruptions, pricing volatility, and geopolitical challenges.
• · Leverage technology and digital procurement platforms for process efficiency and analytics
• Sustainability & Compliance

· Drive ESG-aligned procurement practices, focusing on ethical sourcing and sustainability.

• · Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance norms across global operations.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team with specialized domain expertise.

Candidate profile

• 15–18+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Proven expertise in global sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor development.
• Strong understanding of procurement practices across multiple industries.
• Experience in implementing procurement transformation, cost optimization, and digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
