Position: Head – Projects (Civil) / Incharge – Projects (Civil)
Job Overview The Civil Project Head/Incharge will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, supervision, and timely completion of civil works across residential, commercial, industrial, and solar infrastructure projects. The role requires strong leadership in coordinating with Civil, Safety, Admin, and Compliance teams to ensure quality, cost control, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works for multiple projects.
•Review & approve civil drawings, BOQs, estimations, and technical specifications.
•Supervise construction activities including foundation, structures, finishing, and utilities.
•Coordinate with MEP, Safety, and Project teams for integrated project delivery.
•Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Oversee contractor/vendor management and monitor manpower & material utilization.
•Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and statutory/legal requirements.
•Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
•Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS for management.

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
•10–15 years of experience in managing large-scale civil projects.
•Strong expertise in construction management, structural works, and finishing activities.
•Knowledge of building codes, standards, and statutory regulations.
•Proven ability to lead teams and manage contractors/vendors.
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
•Willingness to manage multiple project sites.
•Must Know Auto CAD/SolidWorks
