Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution & contract management.

Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.

Implement effective project management processes to track project progress, risks, and performance.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
Certification required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
Experience:
- 15-20 years of experience in infrastructure - Construction of Roads/ Highways/ Tunnels and Civil Structures in
Himalayan Terrain
