Operational Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations, ensuring efficient cargo handling and transportation to achieve annual budget targets.

Resource Management: Efficiently managing human resources, equipment, and facilities to meet operational demands and ensure smooth cargo flow.

Capacity management: Evaluate current handling capabilities with the cargo forecast to ensure sufficient capacity augmentation is proposed in time

Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing measures to minimize risks in Rail handling operations.

Quality Control: Monitoring and maintaining the quality of Rail handling processes to meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Technology Integration: Implementing and leveraging technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, track Rail movements, and improve overall operational performance

Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize operational costs.

Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree, Preferable - BE/
B.Tech( Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/Instrumentation) & MBA- Operation
Relevant Experience
Experiences: 10+ years in Railway services / Dry Cargo / Stevedoring Operation in Sea Port
