Position Summary
This hybrid role combines hands-on serving with front-of-house management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who isn't afraid to jump into service, support the team, and help drive daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Lead and support front-of-house staff during service
- Manage floor operations and maintain service standards
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Strong food, beverage, and cocktail knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
- Restaurant Service: 2 years (Required)
- Leadership/Management: 1 year (Preferred)
