Job Overview
We are seeking someone who is passionate about being a Head Spa Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in massage therapy and or esthetics as well as various spa treatments and therapies, along with excellent customer service skills. As the Head Spa Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and mentoring junior staff members. Your expertise in advanced techniques will enhance our service offerings and elevate the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments
• Provide exceptional hospitality to all clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Utilize Aesthetic Record software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Train and mentor junior practitioners in various techniques and best practices to enhance team performance.
• Promote retail products through effective upselling strategies while maintaining a focus on client needs.
• Collaborate with management to develop new treatment offerings and improve existing services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a massage therapist, cosmetologist, or esthetician.
• Open and excited to learn head spa services.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
