Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Provide every guest with a soothing, luxurious, personalized experience.
- Perform all head spa services with consistency, confidence, and professionalism.
- Complete services including scalp & hair cleansing, exfoliation, shampooing, conditioning, hydration, steaming, massage, aromatherapy, and Aura signature techniques.
- Evaluate scalp and hair conditions and offer tailored recommendations.
- Educate clients on the benefits of ongoing scalp care and regular visits.
Service & Performance Expectations
(Essential to success in this role)To thrive as a Head Spa Specialist, you will be expected to consistently deliver strong performance in the following areas:
- Rebooking Guests: Encouraging clients to schedule their next visit before they leave.
- Product Education: Educating guests about scalp and hair products that support client goals. Selling guest products to benefit them between Aura Head Spa Treatments.
- Enhancement Add-Ons: Must give all guests a consultation to suggest an add on during the service.
- Membership Promotion: Introducing clients to membership and its perks.
- 5-Star Guest Experience: Delivering service that consistently leads to positive reviews.
- Teamwork & Communication: Contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
- Reliable Attendance: Maintaining a dependable schedule to support team operations.
Client Relationship Building
- Create meaningful connections that lead to loyal, returning clients.
- Encourage referrals, memberships, and product purchases through genuine rapport.
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally at all times.
Cleanliness & Professional Standards
- Maintain spotless, organized treatment rooms.
- Follow all sanitation protocols and New York state regulations.
- Reset rooms, manage laundry, and restock supplies consistently.

Experience & RequirementsPreferred
- 6+ months spa, salon, or luxury service experience
- Strong hospitality and client service skills
- Experience in massage, esthetics, or scalp care is a plus

- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available full days + weekends

Job Details
- Job Types: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Expected Hours: 25–30 per week
- Schedule: Full-day shifts, Monday–Sunday
- Supplemental Pay: Tips, Commission, Bonus opportunities
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
