The next frontier is to address a pressing need in the region- workforce demand across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC, especially in IT, AI, and allied technology sectors.

To drive this vision forward, KGISL HR Consultancy Services is being launched as an independent HR consulting and placement vertical based in Dubai, with its own P&L and leadership team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial HR leader to head this newly launched vertical. This is a build-from-scratch opportunity to lead a business unit with full autonomy, yet backed by the brand equity, institutional partnerships, and regional momentum of the KGISL Group.

As the Head - Strategic HR & Employer Partnerships, you will take full ownership of:

  • The consulting and placement business model
  • Building employer networks across the UAE/GCC
  • Connecting both students and skilled professionals to real job opportunities
  • Shaping a sustainable, scalable business under the KGISL umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership

  • Establish and scale the KGISL HR Consultancy Services vertical in Dubai with complete business ownership.
  • Drive strategy, P&L, and placement delivery models across diverse talent segments.
  • Collaborate with institutions under the KGISL Group to align demand-supply of talent across domains- engineering, IT, business, healthcare, and emerging tech.

Employer Partnerships & Demand Generation

  • Develop direct partnerships with employers across IT, AI, logistics, consulting, and healthcare.
  • Build and nurture strong connects with HR heads, L&D leads, CXOs, and recruitment partners in the UAE and GCC.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and shape recruitment solutions that solve workforce pain points.

Placement Operations & Execution

  • Design and execute structured placement drives for freshers and experienced professionals.
  • Manage employer pipelines, fulfillment metrics, and post-placement follow-ups.
  • Build a strong internal team and develop SOPs for operations, CRM, and employer servicing.

Thought Leadership & Advisory

  • Represent KGISL HR Consultancy Services in HR roundtables, conferences, and government-industry forums.
  • Contribute to employability and workforce policy insights within the KGISL Group and among UAE partners.
  • Leverage data to enhance placement efficiency and student readiness programs across verticals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years in HR, recruitment consulting, talent acquisition, or workforce development
  • Proven P&L ownership or business leadership experience
  • Strong UAE market experience with deep connections across industries
  • Track record of placing large volumes of candidates with corporate partners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale independently
  • Excellent communication, team-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • UAE driving license preferred
