Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

-Minimum 2-3 years’ HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.

-Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
