Head Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and respect.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, and observations.
• Provide individualized support and feedback to help students improve academically and personally.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, and student behavior.
• Participate in professional development and school events.
• She should be able to handle children of aged group of 2 yrs upto 6 yrs.
• Should be a good human and should have loved towards children and be super active in loving to do help job.
• Stricly looking only for female teacher only.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid teaching certification/license (as required by state or governing body).
• Prior teaching experience preferred at least of 6 month or 1 year in a reputed preschool
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students grow.
• should have strong command over English Language.
