Job Title: Head Teacher

Salary: Up to ₹33,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Teacher to lead and manage pre-primary classes. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to create a positive, nurturing environment for both students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the pre-primary section and ensure smooth classroom functioning.
• Guide and mentor teachers in planning and implementing engaging learning activities.
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with the school’s educational standards.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with the school management for academic planning, events, and overall development programs.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning atmosphere within the school premises.
• Support teachers in managing classroom challenges and implementing effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

• Prior leadership or teaching internship experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong passion for early childhood education and holistic child development.
• Ability to motivate and inspire both students and teachers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
