Managing Associate/Principal Associate - IP Litigation

Job Description:

• Managing Associate/Principal Associate in the IP litigation team.
• Work as part of a team on interesting cases in Mumbai and across other branch offices.
• Carrying out legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.
• Travel across India as and when required.

Ideal Candidate:

• LLB with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in the IP litigation team of a law firm based in Mumbai.
• Handled trademark infringement, passing off and copyright infringement cases before the Bombay High Court.
• Experience in legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Team worker, highly motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
