- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in preschool or primary settings; leadership/ coordinator experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities
Academic & Curriculum Leadership
- Plan, implement, and oversee developmentally appropriate learning programs for children aged 2–6 years.
Staff Management
- Supervise, mentor, and support preschool teachers and assistants.
- Conduct regular training sessions, lesson observations, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in recruitment of teaching and support staff.
Child Safety & Well-Being
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and emotionally supportive environment for all children.
- Oversee child behavior management and support teachers with individualized learning need.
Parent Communication
- Maintain positive communication with parents through meetings, orientations, and daily updates.
- Address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Administration & Coordination
- Manage daily school operations including attendance, scheduling, and classroom allocation.
- Coordinate events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and child progress records.
- Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with school standards, early childhood best practices, and foundational learning goals.
- Guide teachers in implementing activity-based, play-oriented teaching methods.
- Monitor progress of classroom teaching and children’s learning outcomes.
