Monitor and evaluate the performance of submitted bids, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience of 10 to 15 years in cost estimation, tendering, and bidding within the infrastructure or ropeways sector.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing bidding strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of ropeway systems, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management is preferred.
