Head Trainer- 2nd Shift

About the Role
The role assists in the delivery of technical and work process training programs, helping employees acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for their roles in production. 2nd shift schedule is from 2:30PM- 11PM
What You Will Do
An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
Supports Organization Improvement Manager (OIM), Organizational Improvement Specialist and/or Capability Leaders in the development and delivery of trainings.
Trains technical capabilities and work processes to operators with focus on topics on how to operate on / maintain a production line.
Assists in organizing training sessions and logistics, including scheduling and room setup.
Trains the trainers.
Keeps the skill profiles updated in the skill management systems.
Assists in the creation and maintenance of training materials and documentation.
Helps format and organizes training presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Offers guidance and support during trainings.
Assists with answering questions and clarifying technical concepts as needed.
Provides one-on-one support to individuals who require extra assistance.
Contributes to the reporting process on training outcomes.
Stays updated on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborates with colleagues to share knowledge and insights.

Experience and qualification requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or coursework in a related field is a plus.
Several years of work experience in direct production in related field as operator / team leader
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical knowledge in the subject matter being trained.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eagerness to assist and support others in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay: $25.13 per hour + full benefits.
Compensation increases after successful completion of on-the-job training.
