Position: Head Waiter

Location: Como lounge , Al Ain

Como is a high-end cafe known for exceptional service and exquisite menu offerings. We seek an experienced Head Waiter to lead our team and maintain our market-leading standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Lead & Supervise:** Manage waitstaff, schedule shifts, and conduct training.

- **Customer Service:** Greet guests, handle complaints, and ensure a top-notch dining experience.

- **Operational Efficiency:** Oversee dining area operations, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness.

- **Menu Knowledge:** Recommend dishes, stay updated on food trends, and cater to dietary needs.

- **Collaboration:** Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams.

- **Quality Control:** Ensure food and beverage quality, and comply with health and safety standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience as a head waiter or similar role in a high-end establishment.

- Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
