Job Description:
Emirates Hospitality Center – Catering Services is seeking a Head Waiter / Location In-Charge / Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations, ensure high-quality service, and manage staff at assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise catering service operations and ensure smooth execution of events.
• Lead, train, and manage service staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams for timely delivery of services.
• Monitor inventory, ensure proper handling of equipment, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle client requests, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare shift schedules and report to management on operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve issues promptly.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
