Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend dishes, wine pairings, and menu combinations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure food and beverage items meet quality and presentation standards before service.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism and tact.
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and motivating junior team members to maintain service excellence.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards in all service areas.
