Head Waiter / Waitress (All Day Dining)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional table service in line with brand standards.
• Guide guests through the menu and upsell food and beverage items.
• Handle guest requests with efficiency, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with floor, kitchen, and bar teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation at all times.
• Support daily service set-up and closing duties.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in premium or high-volume dining.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Polished, professional appearance.
• Ability to perform under pressure and remain guest-focused.
