About the role
HK Technologies is seeking driven and experienced Headhunters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our growing HR team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on proactively identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across multiple departments. Unlike a traditional recruiter, you will act as a strategic partner, building long-term candidate pipelines, strengthening our employer brand, and aligning hiring strategies with the company's growth objectives.
You will manage the complete recruitment life-cycle, from workforce planning and proactive headhunting to final offer negotiation and seamless on-boarding. Your work will directly shape the quality and culture of our workforce.
Experience in the Healthcare Medical Billing Industry is a strong plus.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively headhunt and source passive candidates through professional networks, talent communities, and LinkedIn recruiter.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle job design, posting, screening, structured interviews, offer negotiation, and hiring.
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust, long-term talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across social media, job portals, and campus drives.
- Conduct structured phone, video, and in-person screening interviews and administer skills assessments where applicable.
- Coordinate and support new hire onboarding and documentation processes.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and prepare regular hiring reports for management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and all HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and manage attendance records, leave systems, and prepare monthly attendance and salary reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and overtime records.
- Address employee concerns and support positive employee relations across the organization.
Required skills
- Proven experience in headhunting, talent acquisition, and full-cycle recruitment
- Proficiency in proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and niche talent platforms
- Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies and candidate experience best practices
- Familiarity with attendance management, payroll preparation, and HR documentation
- Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Data-driven mindset — ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into action
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or HR recruitment
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or HRCI are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ethical mindset, professional conduct, and high attention to detail
- Experience working with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor, etc.)
