Headmaster – CBSE School (Ajman)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and compliance with educational regulations.
• Drive academic excellence through monitoring, evaluation, and support of teaching practices.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment for students and staff.
• Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of faculty.
• Build strong communication channels with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community.
• Oversee school operations including discipline, student welfare, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education (MoE) requirements and school policies.
• Master’s degree in Education/Teaching or related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in a CBSE school (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and academic frameworks.
• MoE approval or eligibility is mandatory.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team of educators.
