Job Description: We are seeking an "International Tele Sales Specialist" to join our company, a leader in the international health tourism industry with mimimum 1 year of sector experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell health tourism services to an international audience.
• Actively communicate with potential patients to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Develop marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide personalized post-sale support to ensure patient comfort and ongoing assistance.

Must Have Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in health tourism sales in hair, dental or plastic surgery departments.
• Tele-sales experience.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets.
• If a foreign candidate is a student, they must be aqn MBA or PHD student.

Benefits:

• Fixed net salary + commission system with an average monthly income of 35,000-40.000 TL + Euro-based commissions up to 3000 EUR.
• Shuttle service available from Mecidiyeköy Metrobus stop to our office in Şişli.
