Health and Safety Manager (Advisory/Consultancy)

Health & Safety Manager (Advisory/Consultancy) is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving the Health & Safety framework across the Asset & Facilities Management Office. The role ensures that all FM operations, asset lifecycle activities, contractors, and service providers comply with local regulations, international standards, and client safety objectives, while fostering a strong safety culture and a risk based approach to decision making. This is a strategic, assurance focused position rather than an operational safety officer role.

They must be adept at risk based decision making and bring solid expertise in audit, assurance, and compliance. Clear, executive level communication is essential, along with the ability to influence outcomes and drive change without relying on direct authority.
