Health and Safety Officer

Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, including proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.

Provide safety induction, toolbox talks, and ongoing training to employees and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.

Monitor contractors’ safety performance and ensure alignment with company HSE policies.

Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure effective implementation of safety programs.

Stay updated with UAE health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
