Health and Safety Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pergamon International FZCO for a Health and Safety Officer. The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety, ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing health and safety policies. Additional responsibilities include promoting Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices, maintaining documentation, and providing training to staff to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety practices, including risk assessment and hazard mitigation
• Expertise in Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) procedures
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification in health and safety management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate staff
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and provide clear guidance on safety protocols
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain thorough safety documentation
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
• A degree or diploma in safety is Must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
