Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Officer to oversee and implement safety protocols at our residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction safety practices, a stable work history, and the ability to promote a culture of safety across all levels of the project.

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiables):

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction site safety, preferably in residential projects.
• Stable employment history with minimal job changes.
• Resume must include detailed project information (type, name, size, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of on-site safety practices and compliance.
• Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.
• Reporting time: 8:00 AM onwards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, ensuring corrective measures are implemented.
• Conduct safety training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and internal company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
• Promote a strong safety culture among all site personnel.
