Job Title: Supervisor, Health and Safety (Saudization)

- Lead the planning and execution of all HSE inspection activities during the CPS‑1 phase and transition into CPS operations.
- Oversee and coordinate HSE requirements for CPS‑1 to ensure all certifications and licensing are completed on schedule to support the opening of the CPS HHR railway.
- Build, develop, and manage the HSE team, including the mobilization and supervision of qualified HSE inspectors, specialists, and advisors.
- Lead the development of safety and environmental management systems in collaboration with relevant departments, aligned with the HHR Safety Management System.
- Coordinate certification processes with external regulatory bodies in partnership with the Safety Manager.
- Conduct audits and inspections of operations and maintenance activities to assess compliance with organizational policies and the Safety Management System.
- Supervise the competency and performance of the SSTPC Safety Committee.
- Prepare reports and safety performance statistics for the O&M organization, in accordance with contractual performance targets.
- Provide strategic guidance on the development and implementation of policies and procedures aimed at continuous improvement, reducing environmental, health, and safety risks for passengers, contractors, employees, and the SSTPC environment.
- Support process improvements, communications, and awareness related to HSE matters; establish appropriate HSE accountabilities; analyze assessments; and ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Review and interpret current and upcoming HSE requirements related to business needs and pending legislation.
- Assist in managing the HSE team to ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Perform additional duties as instructed by the Safety Manager.
- Monitor performance and workflows, optimize resource utilization, and implement cost‑effective strategies to enhance safety, service quality, environmental protection, and sustainability.

- 3 - 4 years of similar experience.
