Health Benefits Package Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the design and implementation of Health Benefit Package policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned Health Benefit Package activity and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensure the development of the Health Benefit Package strategic and operational plans, in alignment to CNHI's strategy, vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
  • Direct the development of Health Benefit Package objectives and goals by setting departmental objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating employees to maximize functional performance.
  • Ensure identifying the management needs of competencies and talents and provides recommendations with regards to human resources decisions.
  • Ensure that all Health Benefit Package reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the requirements, policies, and quality standards.
  • Delegate duties, responsibilities, and authorities to appropriate team members within the business in case of absence.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Health Benefit Package and practices taking into consideration leading practices, efficiency and productivity improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards within CNHI and related functions.
  • Lead the approved benefit coverage and service utilization guidelines across all clusters
  • Monitor delivery performance of the benefits package to detect inefficiencies, overuse, underuse, or service disparities
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cluster teams to ensure consistent application of benefit policies and coverage standards
  • Lead the development of HBP guidance, including service coverage criteria, exclusions, and limits, to ensure alignment with beneficiary needs and system objectives.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of benefit package management tools to ensure operational accuracy and data integrity
  • Prepare regular reports on benefit utilization, performance metrics, and recommendations to support evidence-based policy updates


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years in health benefits design, utilization management, or healthcare policy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Policy, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of health benefit package design, healthcare financing, and utilization management
  • Familiarity with healthcare policy frameworks, coverage criteria, and cost-control strategies
  • Must Be Saudi
