Health Care Assistant

Assist nurses and physicians in providing primary and emergency medical care.

Conduct routine health checks, including monitoring vital signs and basic assessments.

Provide first aid treatment for minor injuries and support during emergencies.

Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinic facilities, medical equipment, and supplies.

Maintain accurate medical records and assist in documentation.

Support vaccination drives and employee health awareness programs.

Coordinate ambulance services and emergency response when required.

Ensure compliance with local health regulations and internal HSE policies.

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient medical information.

Degree or Certification in Healthcare Assistance / Nursing Assistant / Paramedical field.

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).

Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate, industrial, or clinic settings.

Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures is an advantage.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).

Physically fit and willing to work shifts if required.
