Health Counsellor

Job description:

• Key Responsibilities
• Client Counselling & Guidance
• Provide one-on-one counselling to clients on skin, hair, weight loss, nutrition, and wellness treatments.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, precautions, and post-care clearly to patients.
• Assist doctors in patient education and treatment planning.
• Treatment Awareness & Conversion
• Help clients understand their reports, treatment packages, and customized plans.
• Address client doubts, objections, and motivate them to start/continue treatment.
• Support in lead conversion and upselling wellness packages.
• Patient Care & Relationship Management
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails for patient satisfaction and treatment adherence.
• Ensure smooth client journey from consultation to post-treatment care.
• Administrative & Reporting
• Maintain client records in CRM software.
• Generate counselling and conversion reports.
• Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff for seamless operations.

Skill-set:

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, Nursing, or Healthcare Management.
• 1–4 years of experience as Health Counsellor / Patient Counsellor / Nutritionist / Wellness Consultant / Tele-Counsellor (preferably in clinic, hospital, aesthetic, or wellness industry).
• Strong communication & persuasive counselling skills.
• Knowledge of health, nutrition, weight management, skin & hair care treatments preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, MS Office, and digital patient engagement.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with empathy and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
