Health & Fitness Manager has a dynamic and critical role of overseeing all aspects of the Health and Fitness operations in the club. This includes managing fitness programs, ensuring the well-being of our members, and driving overall health and fitness revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle, and a commitment to fostering a positive and motivating environment for staff and members alike. Health and Fitness Manager will manager Fitness Team Leads and Coaches- Personal Trainers, and Group Exercise instructors and will be responsible for ensuring revenue generation and product delivery quality to ensure customer engagement
- Delivery of PT revenue targets ( PTC & PTS)
- Delivery of GX , MYZONE and Supplement revenue targets
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety and quality in all Health & Fitness processes
- Ensure continous improvement in Customer Experience and engagement
- Ensure timely delivery of new and enhanced Health & Fitness products offerings
- Ensure a culture of Fitness First Winning Ways
- Appplicants must posess strong knowledge and 3-4 years of experience in managing Health & Fitness teams
- Must be able to demonstrate expertise in selection, recruitting of talent pool and team building / bonding
- Must be able to offer solutions to spesific case issues pertaining to PTC, PTS and other revenue streams
- Must be well versed with international standards and requirements and training delivery
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment , exercise programming and nutrition
- Desireable to have Group Classes background and any Les Mills/ global program
- Dynamic, confident and lives the brand. Excellent communication skills.
