Job Description

Health Haven is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide quality patient care at clients’ homes. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient handling and basic medical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Perform basic nursing care under supervision
• Monitor vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse)
• Assist in mobility, feeding, grooming, and hygiene
• Maintain patient comfort and safety
• Report patient condition to supervisor or nurse
• Support in-home nursing care procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Nursing Assistant (preferred)
• Experience in patient care
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Compassionate and professional attitude
