Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and references.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
• Explain policy features, terms, and benefits clearly to clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Stay updated on insurance products, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.
