Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Health & Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact prospective clients in the United States, understand their insurance needs, and help them explore suitable health and life insurance options.

This is an office-based position only. Candidates must be comfortable working during U.S. business hours and communicating professionally with English-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the U.S.
• Explain health and life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document call outcomes and customer information.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
• Follow company policies and applicable compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency with excellent speaking, listening, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in health insurance, life insurance, telemarketing, call center, or sales is preferred.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Confidence in making outbound sales calls.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use CRM software.
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
