Job Title: Travel-Based Health Manager

Location: Chennai Dubai (Frequent Travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Travel-Based

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health Manager to oversee health, wellness, and medical coordination for a private principal/family across Chennai and Dubai. The role requires frequent international travel and close coordination with healthcare providers to ensure consistent, high-quality health management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the overall health and wellness plans of the principal/family

• Coordinate medical appointments, health check-ups, treatments, and follow-ups in Chennai and Dubai

• Liaise with doctors, hospitals, wellness centers, and specialists

• Maintain confidential medical records and reports

• Ensure medication schedules, dietary plans, and lifestyle recommendations are followed

• Travel with or ahead of the principal as required to ensure continuity of care

• Handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently

• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations in both locations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or related field

• Proven experience as a Health Manager, Medical Coordinator, or similar role

• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems in India and the UAE (preferred)

• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience working with HNIs, UHNWIs, or private families

• International exposure is an advantage
