Health Operations Executive – Insurtech Platform

We are looking for a Health Operations Executive to support operations on our digital health insurance platform. The role involves configuring health insurance products, supporting clients and internal teams, and working closely with the technology team to ensure smooth platform operations.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in health insurance operations (broker, insurer, TPA, or insurtech)
• Experience with Individual and/or SME health insurance
• Strong Excel and numerical skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience working with insurance portals or systems is an advantage
