Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing within the insurance industry
- Knowledge of SAS, GLM, and other machine learning methods
- Proficiency in WTW Emblem & Radar tools
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong command of English
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
Areas Where You Will Create Impact
- Take an active role in technical pricing activities for health insurance products
- Develop GLM-based pricing models
- Perform impact analyses, scenario studies, and profitability assessments for pricing changes
- Conduct regular portfolio performance monitoring
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, providing insights to management and relevant business units
- Collaborate closely with IT, Underwriting, and other related business teams to develop profitable and sustainable pricing solutions
