</b><ul><li>Monitor and report daily HSE KPIs, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
</li><li>Identify and address unsafe behaviors and conditions through plant inspections and Gemba walks.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and global HSE standards.
</li><li>Lead safety investigations and implement preventive actions.
</li><li>Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and external authorities on HSE matters.
</li><li>Manage HSE budgets, Capex/Opex projects, and external consultants.
</li><li>Drive safety culture initiatives, training, waste management, and sustainability reporting.
</li></ul><div><div><b>Requirements
</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Science or Engineering (preferred).
</li><li>NEBOSH certification.
</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of safety standards, legal compliance, and risk assessment.
</li><li>Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.</li></ul></div></div></div>
