Health Safety Environment Engineer

We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with local and international standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend preventive actions.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective measures.
• Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across the workforce.
• Conduct safety training sessions and promote continuous HSE awareness.
• Lead emergency preparedness drills and ensure readiness protocols are in place.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, reports, and inspection records.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations.
• Foster a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian and international HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong team player with leadership qualities and a proactive mindset.
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to safety challenges.
