Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Civil HSE Engineer
to ensure safety on
hotel and high-rise building projects
. The role focuses on
implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, performing site inspections, supervising HSE officers, and ensuring compliance
with local and international safety standards.

Implement and ensure compliance with the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and HSE Management Programs.

Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and unsafe practices on hotel and high-rise construction sites.

Lead and supervise HSE officers onsite to maintain safety standards.

Advise supervisory staff on accident prevention and safe work methods specific to high-rise and hotel construction.

Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.

Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and awareness activities for hotel and high-rise projects.

Maintain all HSE documentation and ensure timely reporting of HSE performance.

Support environmental compliance and chemical material management relevant to construction sites.
Job Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is must

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years relevant experience in hotel or high-rise building projects.

Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, including OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, and local Saudi regulations.

Proven experience in risk assessment, site inspections, incident investigation, and implementation of HSE management plans.

Experience in supervising HSE officers and coordinating with contractors, clients, and consultants.

Strong understanding of environmental regulations, chemical management (MSDS), and waste minimization in construction projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze HSE data and prepare reports for management and clients.

GCC experience is a plus; transferable Iqama is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and HSE software tools.
