Purpose of the Role

• Oversee and implement environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company HSE standards.
• Provide training, conduct inspections, report incidents, and drive continuous safety improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Management

• Enforce company safety policies and supervise personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate safety training, emergency drills (fire, chlorine), and PPE compliance.
• Conduct inspections, maintain safety records, and report incidents/near misses.
• Improve work processes, reduce risks, and support safety culture.
• Oversee preventive maintenance with maintenance teams.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work environments (work at height, confined space, etc.).

2. Environmental Management

• Apply environmental policies and legal standards.
• Manage waste segregation, recycling, and resource reduction (water, electricity).
• Improve plant environmental conditions and ensure proper ventilation and noise control.
• Monitor factory emissions and maintain required permits.

3. Health Management

• Promote a zero-incident workplace.
• Ensure compliance with Clorox and local health regulations.
• Protect employees from occupational health risks.
• Oversee First Aid Team readiness.

4. Security Oversight

• Ensure security measures meet Clorox and Modon standards.
• Supervise security guard availability (24/7) and maintain CCTV systems.
• Supervises: All plant employees and workers.
• Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Experience

• 1–5 years in plant safety.
• English & Arabic speaker
• Leadership and managerial experience.
• Familiarity with safety equipment and industry regulations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.

Skills

• English and Arabic fluency.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality control.
• Excellent organization, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
