Role Overview

We seek a qualified and driven Health Safety Environment Supervisor to join our expanding team. This role involves working across key infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards in delivery, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, practices, or hazards.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company safety policies.
• Develop, implement, and update site-specific safety plans and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for site personnel.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety integration in all work phases.
• Maintain accurate safety records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
