Responsibilities
- Identify, develop / source required HSE training for onsite employees.
- Work with Project Director to ensure that the appointed EPC contractors have implemented and maintaining HSE standards that meets / exceeds DataVolt expectations.
- Ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported, investigated, and recorded in timely manner.
- Review work procedures to assign risk levels and review risk controls established.
- Ensure High Risk Activities are effectively planned, controlled, and managed.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports. Reviewing of data integrity and confirming weekly and monthly statistics accuracy
- Carry out daily / weekly / monthly HSE inspections for construction activities.
- Where practicable implement best practice, and lessons learnt, across the project/s, based on previous experience and knowledge inclusive of DataVolt requirements.
- Carry out periodic HSE audits as per DataVolt requirements.
- Conduct weekly / monthly HSE meetings with different stakeholder and maintain record.
- Development of HSE initiatives and campaigns
- Contractor and supplier assessment where applicable.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Occupational Health Safety and Environmental and 8+ years' experience of working in similar environment (Data Centers / Critical Infra)
- Good knowledge of KSA HSE Legislative requirements.
- Construction experience is a must
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Construction experience is must.
- Relevant Health & Safety Membership of recognised organisation (e.g., the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
