QC /HSE manager (Saudi National)

To lead and oversee the implementation of the company’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems across all projects and facilities, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, client requirements, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

Key Responsibilities:Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and project-specific HSE requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
• Lead regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans and coordinate periodic drills.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs for staff and workers.
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.

Quality Control (QC):

• Develop and implement the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Review and approve project-specific quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and method statements.
• Supervise QC inspectors and ensure proper inspection, testing, and documentation of materials and workmanship.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies regarding quality compliance.
• Oversee calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all quality records and documentation are properly maintained and traceable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Saudi National (per Saudization requirements).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HSE and Quality roles, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sector.
• Certifications:
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
• ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015 certifications preferred.
