We are looking for a highly motivated
Health & Safety Specialist
who will actively contribute to our safety culture, lead field applications, and support operational excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities

Provide H&S guidance in routine and non-routine workplace activities.

Take part in risk assessments and follow-up of control measures.

Conduct periodic inspections, track nonconformities, and support corrective actions.

Oversee maintenance, inspection, and measurement practices.

Assist departments in completing H&S trainings.

Support annual H&S work plan preparation and participate in H&S Committee meetings.
-
Develop hazard-reduction processes and update H&S procedures.
-
Monitor KPIs, review emergency plans, and participate in drills.

Conduct PPE analyses and support accident investigations.

Ensure documentation of audits, incidents, near misses, and hazard notifications
-
Support updates to the Electronic Work Permit System.
-
Fulfil responsibilities under Article 9 of the H&S Regulation.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree is required.

Minimum 2 years, preferably 4 years of H&S experience; mining or heavy industry preferred.

Minimum Intermediate level English is a must. (Speaking, Writing)

Knowledge of H&S legislation, risk analysis and root cause analysis methods.

Strong field application ability, communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive manual & automatic vehicles.

Proficiency in MS Office; ability to drive manual & automatic vehicles
Certificates
-
Class B or C Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

Class B Driver’s License.
