We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Health & Safety/Safety Administrator to join our team. This critical role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the Health & Safety department by ensuring efficient administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. This position requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to supporting a safe working environment.
- Manage and maintain all Health & Safety documentation, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, incident reports, and training records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of Health & Safety reports, presentations, and communications to various stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule Health & Safety meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
- Support the H&S team in organizing and tracking safety training programs, including scheduling participants, managing attendance records, and preparing training materials.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to incident reporting, including data entry, filing, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of safety equipment, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the procurement of safety supplies and equipment, managing inventory and ensuring availability.
- Liaise with internal departments and external regulatory bodies as required, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive Health & Safety information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Health & Safety administrative processes and systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety Manager and team as needed.
